{"id":23164,"date":"2025-04-07T08:45:46","date_gmt":"2025-04-07T05:45:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bti.stu.edu.iq\/?p=23164"},"modified":"2025-04-07T09:14:16","modified_gmt":"2025-04-07T06:14:16","slug":"a-training-course-titled-strategic-planning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bti.stu.edu.iq\/en\/23164\/","title":{"rendered":"A training course titled &#8220;Strategic Planning&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technical Institute of Technology in Basra, Professor Dr. Arkan Yaqoub Yusuf, the Continuing Education Unit, in collaboration with the Financial Division of the Technical Institute of Technology, organized a training course titled &#8220;Strategic Planning.&#8221; The course targeted the institute\u2019s staff as part of the effort to develop administrative and financial skills.<\/p>\n<p>The course lasted for five days, with lectures presented by the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Lecturer Murtadha Mohammad Bandar, and the Head of the Financial Division, Assistant Lecturer Yasra Hadi Ibrahim.<\/p>\n<p>The course covered the fundamentals of strategic planning and its importance in enhancing institutional performance, providing practical models and strategies for developing action plans across various departments.
