This event was part of the institute&#8217;s effort to keep up with the latest developments in civil engineering.<\/p>\n<p>The session covered the latest types of concrete and their properties, focusing on the advantages of lightweight concrete in the construction sector, such as reducing structural loads, improving thermal and acoustic insulation efficiency, and lowering construction costs.
