He expressed his confidence in their abilities and potential to contribute to the development of the institution. The meeting included in-depth discussions on the importance of adhering to official working hours, active participation in assigned committees, and their role in supporting the maintenance and construction efforts taking place at the institute and the university.<br \/>\nThe Dean emphasized the importance of creativity in their work, stressing the need for the development of scientific and professional skills through participation in training courses and self-development programs.
