Technical Technological Institute \u2013 Basra Organizes a Solidarity Stand Against Violence Against Women
\nBasra \u2013 December 15, 2024<\/p>\n

The Women\u2019s Affairs Unit at the Technical Technological Institute \u2013 Basra, under the patronage of the Dean of the Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Arkan Yaqoub Youssef, organized a solidarity stand against violence targeting women as part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign.<\/p>\n

The event witnessed broad participation from the institute\u2019s female staff, in addition to the presence of the Dean. The activity emphasized the importance of protecting women from all forms of violence they may face in their personal or professional lives.<\/p>\n

This initiative aims to raise societal awareness about the dangers of violence against women and its negative impact on society. It also highlights the role of educational institutions in supporting and empowering women, contributing to the creation of a safe and prosperous environment for all.<\/p>\n

This solidarity stand reflects the institute\u2019s commitment to promoting the values of justice and equality and strengthening national and international efforts to combat violence against women.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
