The Department of Civil Technologies at the Basra Technical Institute held a celebration on the occasion of Mr. Aqeel Mohammed Hammoud obtaining his PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Basra. The event was attended by the Dean of the Basra Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Arkan Yaqoub Yusuf and his deputies, the had of the department, and all the department’s staff. The celebration included congratulatory speeches, in addition to the distribution of gifts and commemorative shields in honor of this special occasion.
