The Technological Technical Institute in Basra held the fourth meeting of its Institute Council, chaired by the Dean of the Institute, Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, Assistant Professor, and attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Hamid, the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Aqeel Mohammed Hamoud, in addition to the heads of the scientific departments.

During the meeting, the Council discussed several key issues, most notably the follow-up on the academic calendar for first-year students and the importance of completing the approved curricula within the timelines set by the Ministry.

The Council also reviewed the necessary preparations for the final examinations of the first semester for second-year students, emphasizing the completion of all material and human requirements and the provision of an appropriate academic environment to ensure the success of the examinations.

Furthermore, the regular agenda of the Council was discussed, along with a review of the procedures and recommendations related to the progress of administrative and academic work.
