Under the patronage of the Dean of the Basra Technological Technical Institute and in cooperation with the Qibla Health Center, the center organized an awareness field visit to the Institute to promote breast cancer awareness and prevention methods.

The visit included educational lectures delivered by the center’s staff, including Dr. Taif Qasim Radi, Dr. Hawa Abdul Ameer Mohammed, and Medical Assistant Azhar Nizar Hassan. The sessions emphasized the importance of early detection and its role in diagnosing the disease at its initial stages.

The visit also involved introducing female staff members of the Institute’s administration and students from several academic departments to prevention techniques and self-examination methods. Awareness brochures were distributed to enhance health culture among the female students and staff at the Institute.
