The Role of Programming and Simulation in Fostering a Research and Development Mindset in Chemical Engineers
Under the patronage of Asst. Prof. Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, Dean of the Basra Technological Technical Institute, the Department of Chemical Industry Technologies, in cooperation with the Media and Government Communications Division, organized a training course titled “The Role of Programming and Simulation in Fostering a Research and Development Mindset in Chemical Engineers.”
The course was delivered by Ms. Hala Kazem Mohsen.
The course aimed to highlight the importance of programming and simulation technologies in enhancing the skills of chemical engineers and strengthening their research and creative capabilities in design and engineering analysis. It also emphasized the role of these tools in supporting industrial development processes and improving performance in chemical work environments.
The course included both theoretical and practical interactive sessions that demonstrated how programming can be used for data analysis and model design, contributing to the promotion of a research and development culture among the participants
