Under the patronage of the Dean of Basra Technological Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary, the University Psychological Counseling Unit, in cooperation with the Media and Government Communication Division and the Department of Computer Networks and Software, organized a seminar titled “ Human Rights in the Iraqi Constitution.”

The seminar was delivered by Mr. Noufel Hani Abd, who discussed key concepts related to human rights and highlighted the main constitutional articles that guarantee these rights. The session also emphasized the role of educational institutions in promoting legal awareness and reinforcing the principles of justice and equality.

The seminar aimed to strengthen human rights awareness among students and to foster a sense of responsible citizenship, contributing to the development of a generation that understands its rights and duties within the framework of the Iraqi Constitution.
