Under the Patronage of Assistant Professor Dr. Diya Kammil Shary, Dean of the Technical Technological Institute in Basra, the institute held a workshop titled “Accuracy of the Arabic Language in Official Correspondence,” targeting department heads and administrative unit officials.

The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Bahjat Manhajar Habash, who reviewed key linguistic rules to be observed in official correspondence. He also addressed common mistakes in administrative phrasing and introduced several practical examples to enhance participants’ understanding of the workshop’s content.

The workshop aimed to promote the correct use of the Arabic language in official contexts and to elevate the quality of administrative communication in line with standards of accuracy and professionalism.
