The attendees also explored mechanisms for improving the organization of official email communication and modernizing its usage to enhance interaction among academic and administrative staff.

In addition, participants reviewed internet connectivity and emphasized the importance of a comprehensive technical audit to improve speed and stability across both institutes. These enhancements are expected to support academic and administrative workflows more effectively.

The meeting also included a presentation of the latest updates to the newly redesigned institutional website. Attendees confirmed that the final touches are underway, with the official launch of the updated design expected soon. The new layout aims to reflect institutional identity while significantly improving the user experience.
