Sponsored by Assistant Professor Dr. Diyah Kammel Shary  , Dean of the Technological Technical Institute, and attended by the Scientific Assistant Dr. Abdulnasser Abduljabbar, the Continuing Education Unit — in collaboration with the Student Activities Division and the Media Division — organized a scientific workshop titled:
“The Status of the Arabic Language Among Other Languages.”

The session was delivered by Mr. Haider Yahya, as part of the institute’s ongoing cultural and academic initiatives aimed at enhancing linguistic and cultural awareness among faculty members. The workshop highlighted the prominent position of the Arabic language among world languages, showcasing its rich vocabulary and linguistic structures, its deep cultural legacy, and its historical role in transmitting science and knowledge across civilizations. Arabic was also highlighted as an official language recognized by the United Nations. with various questions and interventions enriching the discussion and reinforcing the importance of preserving the Arabic language as a cornerstone of cultural and human identity.
