Dr. Abdul Nasser Abdul Jabbar Aboud, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the Technological Technical Institute in Basrah, and Dr. Ali Ghanem Kaat from the Medical Technical Institute in Basrah, Participate Actively in the First National Conference for Iraqi Scholarship Students
Dr. Abdul Nasser Abdul Jabbar Aboud, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the Technological Technical Institute in Basrah, and Dr. Ali Ghanem Kaat from the Medical Technical Institute in Basrah, participated in the First National Conference for Iraqi Scholarship Students, held on Tuesday, April 5, 2025, under the patronage of His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, at the University of Baghdad. The conference was attended by senior officials from the Ministry, university presidents, vice presidents, department heads, and a group of professors and academics who had returned from their studies abroad.
The conference highlighted the importance of utilizing the knowledge and skills acquired by scholarship students during their studies abroad, and how these can be employed to enhance the academic and administrative environments in Iraqi universities. The Minister also announced several decisions and initiatives aimed at supporting scholarship students and activating their role in achieving institutional and educational development.
This conference is part of the efforts by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance cultural and academic exchange, and to empower national talents in building a sustainable knowledge-based Iraq.
