The Department of Production Mechanical Technology at the Technical Institute of Technology in Basra organized an educational trip for first and second-year students (daytime study), under the supervision of the department head, Dr. Mohammad Hamid, and the supervising instructor, Mohammad Rady. The trip was also participated in by the professors: Ibtisam Abbas, Miad Ismail, Aliya Raheem, Ali Saeed, Mohammad Ibrahim, Hayat Yahya Abdul Reda, Saadia Ayada, and Khalida Mohammad.
The trip was held under the patronage of Assistant Professor Dr. Arkan Yaqoub Yousef, Dean of the Technical Institute of Technology. It aimed to enhance the students’ skills and enrich their experiences by familiarizing them with the work processes within Toyota Company. The students had the opportunity to observe the stages of production, maintenance workshops, and the modern technologies used in the maintenance and manufacturing of vehicles.
