Training Course on the Importance of Central Tendency Measures in the Study of Educational Patterns and Academic Achievement Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technical Institute of Technology, Assistant Professor Dr. Arkan Yaqoub Youssef, the Department of Surveying Technologies, in cooperation with the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit, organized a training course entitled “The Importance of Central Tendency Measures in Studying Educational Patterns and Academic Achievement”. The course was held in the presence of Mr. Abbas, Head of the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, and was presented by Eng. Fatima Abdul Razzaq, while Mrs. Hadeel Abbas acted as the course rapporteur. The course focused on highlighting the pivotal role of central tendency measures, such as arithmetic mean, median, and mode, in analyzing educational patterns and measuring academic performance. She also addressed the importance of these measures in developing effective teaching strategies that meet the different needs of students and help improve the level of educational achievement. The course received great interaction from the participants, as it included practical sessions and open discussions to enhance theoretical and practical understanding of the topic.
