The Administrative Technical Institute recently hosted a comprehensive educational seminar titled “The Spiker Massacre: The Ideology and Methodology of Terrorism in Violating Human Rights.” The event was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Arkan Yaqoub Yousif, Dean of the Technical Institute, alongside the Administrative Assistant and a distinguished assembly of faculty members and students.
The seminar was expertly delivered by Assistant Lecturer Basim Mohammed Al-Fadhli, who provided an in-depth analysis of the ideological foundations and terrorist nature of the Spiker Massacre, alongside a detailed account of the severe human rights violations it entailed. He underscored the atrocity as one of the most egregious massacres in contemporary history, emphasizing the critical importance of community awareness and education in combating extremist ideologies.
