A scientific visit was made by the Al-Shatt University, Department of Mechanical Power Engineering, to the Technical Institute of Technology in Basra.

In line with the principle of collaboration between educational institutions and to connect theoretical knowledge with practical application, students from Al-Shatt University’s Department of Mechanical Power Technology were welcomed by the Power Mechanics Department at the institute.

During the visit, they toured the workshops and laboratories to familiarize themselves with the equipment available. Detailed explanations were provided by the workshop staff in the Power Mechanics Department regarding the devices, their usage, common faults, and how to address them correctly, which was well received by the students and staff of Al-Shatt University.
