Under the patronage and attendance of Mr. Dean of the Basra Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Arkan Yaqoub, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, in collaboration with the Power Mechanics Department, organized a seminar titled “The Cultural Map and the Role of Reason in Ethical Behavior and Parental Duties.” The seminar was delivered by legal expert and linguistic professor Ali Yasser Kazem, as part of the “Develop Yourself Literary Organization,” in the main conference hall of the institute. The head of the Power Mechanics Department, department coordinator, department staff, and a number of students attended the seminar.
